Rev. Dr. Wanda J. Sisco is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Worship Center.

Dr. Sisco faithfully submitted to the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Chester A. McDonald, Sr., and acknowledged her call to the ministry in August 1996.  She preached her initial sermon and was licensed on October 11, 1998.  In 2000, Dr. Sisco was ordained and consecrated as Senior Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Worship Center, a non-denominational ministry focused on developing disciples to advance the Kingdom of God. Dr. Sisco later founded Wanda Sisco Ministries, an outreach ministry dedicated to developing innovative programs which reach the masses with a powerful message of God's love. Through Wanda Sisco Ministries, she has organized retreats, seminars and spearheaded the independent release of a dynamic praise and worship CD entitled, "Healing and Deliverance". In 2005, Dr. Sisco was consecrated and elevated to the office of Apostle by a national apostolic team of Bishops and Apostles.

Dr. Sisco earned an undergraduate degree and a Masters of Divinity in Theology and Counseling. She also earned a Doctor of Ministry from National Bible College and Seminary and was a Summa Cum Laude graduate. In 2007, during the conferral of her Doctoral degree, Dr. Sisco was awarded the seminary's highly prestigious "Chancellor's Award". This award is bestowed upon the student who is nominated by faculty and staff for an overall spirit of excellence, and consistent display of Christian character and integrity. Subsequently, Dr. Sisco was extended and accepted the faculty position of adjunct professor of Theology at National Bible College and Seminary where she currently serves as the Dean of Graduate Studies.

Dr. Sisco is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. She oversees Adonai Counseling Center, a Christ-centered organization which offers various forms of therapy and counseling services.

In 2007, Dr. Sisco was the recipient of the "Women Will Evangelize the World" award presented by Dr. Osborne Richards.  She was also chosen to serve as a participant in the Lott Carey League's highly-selective Pastoral Excellence Program (PEP), which affords selected U.S. Senior Pastors valuable opportunities for "immersion" missions training and overseas outreach. Through this program, she traveled with her husband, Pastor Jeffery Sisco and other national leaders to Guyana (South America) and Kingston (Jamaica) to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In 2010, the Siscos were again blessed to further advance the Gospel with the planting of a second ministry location in Northeast Washington, D.C.  She is currently the Overseer of three churches. She is also organizer of the North Carolina/South Carolina Apostolic Council which provides oversight, ordination, apostolic/prophetic training for Kingdom leaders in that region.

Dr. Sisco is the blessed wife of Pastor Jeffery D. Sisco, and the privileged mother of two young adult daughters, Kierra and Jacqueline, and the grandmother of two granddaughters, Jayla and Ava. Dr. Sisco realizes that the grace of the Lord is upon her life, and she does not take any glory for accomplishments she has been blessed with. Rather, it is in humility that she confesses her heartfelt desire simply to please the Lord God in all she undertakes. It is Dr. Sisco's persistent prayer that through her life the Lord would be exalted…and that He, who has begun a good work in her, would continue to perform it until the day of Christ Jesus.
