Moving Out in Faith!

God recently blessed my family with a beautiful new home for which we are very grateful. On the way home the other day I glanced through the rear view mirror and saw a vehicle from a business I used to work at several years ago. One of my responsibilities was to drive this HUGE vehicle, which I didn't particularly like to do because I'm a very small woman. However, what could I do? Duty called and I answered. Plus the job was easy and my family needed the additional salary, even though it wasn't that much.

What Do You See?

I once heard a preacher say, "You have to see it before you see it". What he was basically talking about was the importance of having a vision when pursuing any thing in your life. I personally think having a vision can't be underestimated. It is one of the foundational building blocks when creating the life you want and the life God has prepared for you.
A House Divided

One of the greatest strategies of the enemy is to divide and conquer. Satan uses this tactic on many home fronts. He uses it in families, in businesses, in churches, in ministries, etc. The enemy knows if he can cause any entity to walk in division, he can infiltrate and overthrow it.
Legacy Living

Legacy Living is all about touching humanity, through the use of your life, gifts, and talents, on behalf of God and His Kingdom. I believe each and every person who enters this side of heaven has the potential to leave a rich legacy. Your life itself should stand as a memorial for God for the entire world to see! When coupled with the fruits of your gifts and talents, you should, in no uncertain terms, leave an indelible mark upon the lives of men now, and possibly throughout eternity. For instance, the great Apostle Paul is dead and gone, but his writings are still touching lives today. Not only today, but also what he has deposited in the earth has become a part of our spirits and will stay with us throughout eternity. Wow! Read more inside...

Fearless Change!

I'm finding that as one gets older it's so easy to get stuck in a rut. We've all heard the adage, "If it ain't broken, don't fix it". In some instances this may be true. However, there are times when we need to make a change. Life can easily become stale and mundane if you don't have the courage to try new things. Variety is the spice of life and change can give you a whole new perspective. I personally love change. Several months ago I changed my hairstyle, got a new haircut and added a little color. But I noticed something. I observed all the changes I took myself through mentally before I actually made the change. My mental dialogue went something like this: Read more inside...

What Size Is Your Tank?

I heard an interesting fact about a certain fish called the Oscar fish. This particular fish when placed in the right environment has the ability to reach its potential size of 16 inches. However, if placed in a limited environment, such as a small fish tank, this fish will never grow to reach its full potential. After hearing this interesting fact it made me wonder: How many people have lived, died, and never reached their full potential because their tank was too small?
