Dr. Ford is the full time pastor of Sharpe Street United Methodist Church in Sandy Spring, MD. When asked what she enjoys most about being a pastor she had this to say:

"I love seeing the people being blessed by the Word of God, leaving with a renewed or fresh hope regarding whatever situation they may be in," said Dr. Ford graciously.

"We in the Body of Christ must understand that we can not use the same old bait to catch all fish. As we can see, our neighborhoods no longer look like us.  This is a time in which we must break inner barriers and private prejudices to evangelize the lost into the Kingdom of God," Dr. Ford said candidly.
